Today I did my show at The Shawnee Playhouse. The people in the audience had a great time and to be honest, so did I. The most important part for me is my audience. If they are happy - so am I.
I am very happy tonight because I am going to see my fellow magician and master marketer - Brad Ross. Brad is a great guy and a wonderful magician. He is the star in Disney's Mickey's Magic Show. I can't wait to see the show and my friend Brad Ross.
Well more about my show...
The Shawnee Playhouse is packed with new shows every year and so I told them that I would scrap out our show tomorrow because they need to update some lights on the stage and some other things. So, no show tomorrow - but that is just fine by me. I will be tired from tonight and I have a gig in the afternoon tomorrow as well.
So - it is all good! I will be putting up some you tube videos and photos. Keep looking for them soon. Also we will be doing two shows for the Holiday Season at The Shawnee Playhouse in December. I'll keep you posted soon.

Shawnee Playhouse Show Nov 6, 2010

Hello everyone. My show went well today at th Shawnee Playhouse. My good friend and fellow magician S. Patrick caught me in the act. I am doing my opening number which is the Miser's Dream and as I look out into the audience I see S. Patrick.
I felt like a deer caught in the headlights. I thought maybe I did something against the magician's code and he was there to take me off to that secret dark room where all the very bad magicians are taken by the IBM and SAM (two of the national magician's groups.) S. Patrick may be the one to come get me because he is our local chapter president and the R.V.P. of the national organization. Yep, as he is 'THE BIG WIG" in our area I thought for sure he was going to drag me in to see the darm chamber.
Well, it turns out that he had some time to kill before his set of shows and just showed up to watch and say hello. As it turns out I pulled him up and we fooled the audience together until the very end when I told everyone who he was.
I think it is safe to say that we both a pretty good time. I just want to say that I think it is awesome when two magicians can get along as we all should. S. Patrick has been a friend of mine for many years and I just want to say Thank You S. Patrick for being there when I needed you most and I hope our friendship and our art form will be around for the next 1000 or more years.

Mysterrio's Friday Update
http://ultimatemagicshows.com Mark Mysterrio World Record Holder & Magician here. Today I did my Magic & Mystery for Kids at The Shawnee Playhouse. The show was my first show since I left Myrtle Beach S.C.
I had a great time at the show and everyone in the audience seemed to have a great time. The playhouse was almost sold out. One person was standing - OKAY - the person that was standing was me...but any way...
The show went well and at the end of the show I had all the children line up and come on stage with me. WOW that was awesome!!!! The teachers and parents got a little crazy but all went well.
So there we were with everyone onstage and everyone happy. The show lasted about one hour and 15 minutes. This is longer than I run but it was okay. Sometimes we extend the shows because of the schools and such.
Okay well, I am back from Myrtle Beach S.C. and we are ready to do more shows. You can see my show tomorrow at The Shawnee Playhouse or you can catch me on Nov 12, 13 or my last shows for the year are in December. Hope to see you at the show.

It Is showtime...Don't Miss it!
Yes, it is showtime for me once again at the Shawnee Playhouse. I love working at the Shawnee Playhouse. We are in Myrtle Beach S.C. right now shooting some new video and working on a bunch of things including my all new 2011 show for The Shawnee Playhouse. We are also working here in Myrtle and North Myrtle area.
We are leaving in the AM and heading back to Stroudsburg PA. We will be doing a show on Friday at The Shawnee Playhouse at 10 a.m. and again on Saturday. I can't wait to see all my friends and fans at The Playhouse.
Our tickets are selling quickly and we suggest that you get yours now. I only have about six shows left for the 2010 season and then this show retires and a new show starts.
